An industry veteran of assessment center design and implementation in business and government, Rich was one of the original officers of Development Dimensions
International and founder of Resource Analysis and Development Corporation. Rich has held the most senior level development positions at Pitney Bowes, Aetna, and was most recently the CLO for Liberty Mutual.
Sandra Hartog, Ph.D.
Head of Virtual Assessment Solutions
Prior to BTS, Sandra was President and CEO of Fenestra, Inc., a leading provider of HR technology solutions acquired by BTS in 2014. Sandra has over 20 years of experience as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies and other organizations, including Edward Jones, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, UBS, Kellogg’s, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Interpublic Group, Anthem, Mercer, RedHat, MetLife, Siemens, Verizon and others.
