What You Can Look Forward To

We will bring together great minds from some of the world’s leading companies and provide you with a first look at some of our proprietary insights. In past years, leaders from Accenture, Google, Hilton and Microsoft, among others, shared their company’s success stories.

This year, you can look forward to perspectives from both business and talent leaders who are leading large scale strategy execution, leadership development, and sales transformation initiatives.  BTS’s own Susan Burnett, former top talent person at HP, Deloitte, Gap and Yahoo, will guide us through a series of talent simulations (using three media) from the perspective of Executive, Middle and Front line leaders.

Featured Presentations: Executives from Schindler, Microsoft, Gannet and others will provide insight into their execution challenges and challenges and their initiatives that enable success.

Peer-to-Peer Dialogue: As we know, connecting with those holding different perspectives makes our outcomes better. Co-create and engage in deep dialogue around what is working, what is not, the lessons learned and the unique approaches driving effective strategy execution and leadership development, and take the most relevant ideas home with you…and an extended professional network.

Networking: Networking: Learn from industry colleagues throughout the presentations, three simulation experiences, reception and dinner. Engage with digital media and experiential exercises to drive collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

We hope to see you there! Please contact Laura Watson (Laura.Watson@bts.com) with any questions.
