Laurence is the Group Head of Learning & Talent Development (LTD) at DBS Bank. The DBS LTD team won 8 national, regional and global Awards in 2014, including the Gallup Best Workplace Award, and Aon Hewitt’s globally recognized Top Companies for Leaders Award, with First place in ASEAN and 18th place globally.
Laurence was previously Chief Learning Officer at LG Electronics in Seoul and
Asia Head of Learning for GE Capital in Tokyo.
