Coauthored by BTS' Marshall Bergmann, this article describes how Coca-Cola Enterprises, the world's largest bottler of nonalcoholic beverages, has made a training investment in new customer-facing employees as a strategy for reducing turnover, improving productivity, and increasing employee engagement.
