Our research shows that most operational
excellence initiatives do not achieve their intended objectives
because people within the organization do not understand why the
initiative is necessary, how to execute effectively, and, most
importantly, they don’t have the appropriate project leadership and
teaming skills required. Our research into why all projects fail
