Our research shows that most operational excellence

effectively, and, most importantly, they don’t have the appropriate project
leadership and teaming skills required. Our research into why all projects fail
also points to a lack of important leadership and business acumen for project managers.
Our approach to building operational excellence and
improving all projects in general is based on two fundamental tenets: First, give
