Developer
The Role
We currently seek business savvy Microsoft Excel Power-Users to build financial
models and simulations for our offices in London, Paris and Amsterdam.
Primary Responsibilities:
- As a member of our team you will design, build and maintain simulation based
training programmes, primarily focused on business and financial skills, customised for
senior managers of our Fortune 500 clients
- You will have primary responsibility for building business simulations using Excel
and VBA tools on top of our standard simulation framework
- Together with your teammates, you will interview top executives and translate the
information gathered into the simulation concept and workshop design
- At workshops, you will be responsible for processing the simulation results and presenting
them to an audience of 25 - 30 managers
Role Requirements:
- Analytically outstanding
- Ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure
- Structured approach to scoping and developing solutions
- Advanced Excel user (comfortable using advanced formulae/functions and Macros/VBA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to express complex technical information in business language
- Able to work as part of an integrated and/or diverse team
- Fluency in two or more languages would be highly advantageous (English, French or Dutch)
