Accountant
Job Summary
We currently seek an Accountant for our office in Scottsdale, AZ.
The Accountant will be responsible for the day to day general accounting functions including
accounts receivables, sales invoicing, vendor payables and financial analysis as directed.
Please note that this position will require a temporary relocation to our Stamford, CT
office for training purposes. The training will be a minimum of eight weeks.
Learning Designer

We currently seek an experienced learning program designer to create custom
discovery-based learning solutions. As part of small teams, the learning
designer must work well with internal team members in various roles and with
external customers, many of whom are executives. The learning designer will
also support sales activities led by account managers throughout the U.S.
The ability to travel extensively is a requirement.

Job Summary
You will be responsible for building an organization and overseeing
all US board-based sales, development and delivery activities. You
and your team will be expected to research and interview clients,
conceptualize solutions and build customized board-based training
solutions based on specific client needs, while also capturing
and implementing best practices.

As a member of a 3 person team, you will design, build and
maintain simulation based training programs on business and
financial skills customized for the senior managers of our
Fortune 500 clients.
Strategy Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
As a Consultant, you will travel up to 40 times per year, as a
member of a 2 person team, where you will deliver customized
simulation based workshops on business and financial topics to
senior managers at Fortune 500 companies.
Senior Consultant
Job Summary
The Senior Consultant is responsible in particular for strategy setting and
business development for board simulation products at executive levels for
the global business organization.
