Full Job Description
We currently seek financially savvy Consultants to support our
growing business at our offices in New York, NY, Stamford, CT,
Conshohocken, PA, Chicago, IL and San Francisco, CA. As a
Consultant, you will travel up to 40 times per year, as a member
of a 2 person team, where you will deliver customized simulation
based workshops on business and financial topics to senior
managers at Fortune 500 companies. Some of the needs that BTS
addresses are: Building Business Acumen, Creating Strategic
Alignment, Implementing New Performance Measurement Systems,
Merger Integration, and Building Solutions Selling Capabilities.
These interactive workshops are designed to teach participants the specific
business skills they need to execute on the company's strategy. Your role at the
workshop will be to coach the participants through their simulation decision
making, process the simulations and then present back to the group the
simulation results. Successful consultants excel at converting the simulation
dynamics into actionable learning points for the participants. You will also
participate as a member of a 3 person team in designing and building these
customized workshops. This will include researching the clients, interviewing
executives, conceptualizing and designing the workshop and writing simulation
business case and subsequent documents.
