Who we Seek
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our office in Stamford, CT. The HR
Generalist will be responsible for providing administration in the areas of performance management, training & development,
employee relations, compensation, immigration and implementation of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include
- Implement training programs including coordination and scheduling of internal BTS University training
- Manage employee performance evaluation process, performance improvement plans and career development process
- Assist managers with employee relations issues
- Educate managers and employees regarding company policies/procedures
- Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of policies and processes
- Maintain and prepare monthly and ad hoc HR reports
- Team with another HR Generalist in additional areas including benefits
- Special projects as needed
Ideal Candidates will have
- Bachelors Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within Human Resources
- Thorough knowledge of employment policies and practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR competencies including performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop effective relationships at all levels
- Action-oriented, enthusiastic team player
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
