Senior Consultant
Full Job Description
BTS USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant to work in San Francisco,
California. The Senior Consultant is responsible for account
management and sales of consulting services and products. The
services and products include design, building, and maintaining
simulation-based training programs on business and financial
skills customized for senior managers. The Senior Consultant
leads a team of 2-5 people in the interview of executives and
translation of the information gathered into the simulation
concept and workshop design; building the simulation; processing
the simulation results; and converting simulation dynamics into
actionable learning points and present them to managers. The
Senior Consultant is responsible in particular for strategy
setting and business development for board simulation products
at executive levels for the global business organization.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Finance, Accounting, Management Sciences, Statistics or the equivalent
and two years previous experience in design, building, and maintaining
simulation-based training programs on business and financial skills
customized for senior managers, including the interview of executives
and translation of the information gathered into the simulation concept
and workshop design; building the simulation; processing the simulation
results; and converting simulation dynamics into actionable learning
points and present them to managers. The previous experience must
include design, building and maintaining of board simulation products
for executive levels. The position requires frequent domestic and
international travel to client worksites generally on a weekly basis.
