Who we Seek
We are currently seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to manage the overall sales initiatives
of our rapidly growing US business. The successful candidate must clearly demonstrate a consultative approach to solution-based
sales. Your primary responsibility will be generating and closing new business opportunities for BTS. You will also be responsible
for coaching BTS Account Managers and overseeing the Inside Sales team.
Responsibilities include
- Generate new business opportunities for BTS by targeting and engaging key executives of potential
Fortune 500 clients via high-level phone calls and selective marketing conferences
- Coordinate the new sales process and support the closing of new business opportunities
- Maintain and help grow selected book of annual repeat business
- Understand client’s challenges and key initiatives and match needs with BTS solutions
- Coach and mentor BTS Account Managers, including assisting with sales planning activities
- Assist in the development of marketing materials in response to potential client needs
- Build lasting potential client relationships
Ideal Candidates will have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7-10 years business to business sales experience
- Demonstrated sales achievement and proven ability to sell at the C-level
- Ability to listen and approach the sales process in a consultative manner
- Curiosity around different business models
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Efficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database management
- A mature, humble, professional, team player demeanor
