We currently seek a Consultant to build financial models and simulations at our office

Responsibilities include
- Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company’s key levers for
driving profitability and growth
- Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other
discovery learning solutions
- Computer based simulation design and construction/financial modeling
- Lead clients through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant’s understanding
of relevant content areas
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries
- Become a valued member of the BTS team
Ideal Candidates will have
- Undergraduate degree (Business, Finance, Accounting or Statistics preferred but not required)
- GPA of 3.4 or higher preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and VBA
- A solid understanding of and interest in finance, marketing and strategic business issues
- A knack for solving problems and puzzles
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills with a fluent command of the English language
- Ability to communicate effectively
- A mature and professional demeanor
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft software packages
- A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 60% of the year)
