Who we Seek

Project Director wanted by BTS USA, Inc. to work in NYC.

Responsibilities include
  • Responsible for delivering customized simulation based workshops on business & financial topics to sr. managers at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Conducts client interviews with CEOs & business leaders to develop an understanding of their company's key levers or driving profitability & growth.
  • Leads sr. level executives through discovery based learning experiences & facilitates participant's understanding of relevant content areas.
  • Project leader & manager for small internal teams of consultants to design & build customized business simulations & other discovery learning solutions, teaching participants specific business skills needed to execute company strategy, coaching participants through their simulation decision making, & processing the simulations.
  • Must conceptualize & design workshops & write simulation business cases & subsequent documents, becoming a valued strategic partner for our clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries, identify new growth opportunities & accounts for BTS & generate leads for, which result in, add-on business.
Ideal Candidates will have
  • Qualified candidates must have an MBA or a Master's in a related field, or the foreign equivalent, & at least 3 years of prior work in finance related positions.
  • This position also requires a solid understanding of finance, marketing & strategic business issues, proven presentation & facilitation skills, extensive domestic & international travel, & the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of mgmt.
  • Qualified candidates must have proven record of sustaining & growing business & clients for BTS or a comparable consulting company, including having worked as a Program Manager for an account worth at least $1M dollars in revenue, with at least $600K of incremental sales personally attributable to the candidate.
