Who we Seek
We currently seek Sales Practice Consultants for our office in
San Francisco, CA. Working collaboratively with BTS Account Managers, this individual will be
responsible for growing our sales practice by developing strong relationships,
conceptualizing and facilitating new learning solutions and becoming a trusted advisor
to client sales leaders.
Responsibilities include
- Strategically sell sales learning solutions to sales executives
- Earn the role of trusted advisor for sales executives at major corporations
- Enable sales leaders to execute their visions and strategies through BTS solutions
- Demonstrate and communicate the philosophy of BTS sales solutions emphasizing how BTS
offerings will accelerate client business results
- Identify and close new sales opportunities in existing BTS accounts and at new clients
- Exceed revenue and profitability goals
- Effectively write and communicate proposals for prospective clients
- Facilitate new learning programs
- Design new learning solutions and programs
- Interview executives and others in client organizations to identify desired business
results, behavior change, skills, and knowledge
- Conceptualize new custom, discovery-based learning solutions
- Master existing BTS sales solutions
Ideal Candidates will have
- Bachelors degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10-15 years business to business sales experience, sales management experience preferred
- Demonstrated sales achievement
- Business-results focus
- Experience selling to large and small companies in a variety of industries
- Passionate about learning and development
- Passionate about the art and science of sales
- Some design skills and ability to impact map
- Ability to sell a vision
- Led or consulted on sales transformation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A mature, humble, professional, hands-on team player demeanor
- International experience is valuable, but not required
- Willingness to travel (40%)
