Who we Seek
We currently seek a Marketing Director for our US Headquarters
located in Stamford, CT. This individual will be responsible for identifying strategic
opportunities and developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans. Another
primary responsibility will be to develop new media and online marketing campaigns that
drive the evolution of the BTS and BTSinteractive (BTSi) brands and establish BTS’
corporate brand identity.
Responsibilities include
- Develop and execute strategic marketing communications to drive corporate branding and awareness
- Oversee Internet advertising including “pay per click” campaigns, organic rankings and online advertising
- Manage BTS website content and search engine optimization
- Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral, brochures and print copies
- Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies
- Coordinate conference engagements and seminar activities to help identify new business opportunities
- Write press releases and case studies
- Work with third party vendors to outsource services when necessary
Ideal Candidates will have
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years marketing experience at a professional services/consulting organization
- Experience with new media and internet advertising
- Self directed, willing to do strategic as well as hands-on tactical work
- Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness and play a strategic role
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
