  • Y cannot live by e-Learning alone

    Jules Newton
    November, 2016
The assumption, when dealing with anyone under the age of thirty, is that everything must be done online if we want them to pay attention. Preferably through Facebook or Twitter, but maybe occasionally though Instagram or a loud obnoxious YouTube video. • Great Expectations

    Jules Newton
    November, 2016
It’s all about managing expectations from the get go, including blinding honesty, which – for a sales person at least – can be absolutely terrifying.

  • Let’s Talk

    Jules Newton and Tracey
    November, 2016
We talk and talk and talk but we say less and with less clarity. We listen, but we do so with half an ear. November, 2016
Trust is the basis for most interpersonal relationships, and we have heard it said a thousand times that trust is earned and once broken it is almost impossible to earn again. There are the obvious reasons for losing trust, so we won’t go into those here, but the real question is how do we foster trust, gain the belief of others and once we have it, how do we keep it?
