The interview process is a big commitment from both the applicant and our consultants. BTS's success is largely attributed to recruiting and developing the best and most engaged employees. In fact, the average tenure of a BTS consultant is 6-7 years with the company. We believe this is a result of investing heavily in determining a mutual fit. In most cases, our partners and office heads are directly involved in the process. Our overall consultant interview process goes like this:



Interview with members of our talent selection teams. These teams are made up BTS’ers from all levels – Partners, Consultants, Directors, Business Analysts, etc


An onsite case presentation and follow up interviews with senior leaders
