Coaching and Mentoring
BTS believes that an organization can grow and improve only by "leaders teaching future leaders." As part of the onboarding process, new consultants are paired with mentors who assist in their career development. Our mentor program's primary goal is to facilitate the transition of new hires into the BTS world and ensure their long term success. Developing others in an integral element of any BTS consultant's career track.
Teamwork is the foundation upon which BTS is built. BTS believes that teamwork happens when you have a non-hierarchical organization deeply committed to serving clients. BTS consultants help each other learn new skills and overcome challenges. BTS Managing Directors and Partners are constantly "in the trenches" with BTS consultants. We are an organization focused on delivering excellence to our clients.
Your training begins the day you start with BTS and continues throughout your career. Our first priority is learning. Each consultant is given great freedom and flexibility in building their BTS career. BTS is an "all you can eat" learning environment. In addition to learning from our formal internal programs, you will learn from clients, colleagues and world-class partners with whom we collaborate. The learning curves at BTS are steep, and consultants with a high degree of internal motivation and "intellectual curiosity" thrive in this environment.
