Air Liquide Wins Award for Account Manager Journey Designed in Partnership with BTS

PARIS, FRANCE and SINGAPORE – Air Liquide, a world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Innovation in Human Resource Management, Planning and Practice category in the seventh annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.

This award recognizes Air Liquide’s sales transformation journey, designed and delivered together with BTS. Through a series of tools, workshops and on-the job application, the journey launched Air Liquide’s transformation to a customer centric strategy and helped the salesforce develop ‘core commercial skills’.

The program received significant results, driving incremental increases in revenue and conversion rates over a period of seven months. The journey’s key success factors include localization of the project, appealing and effective learning methods, and complete results assurance process. Participants practiced new behaviors actions with real customers and utilized digital tools to extend the program beyond the classroom.
