TOKYO, JAPAN – RGF International Recruitment, an Asian recruiting leader, and BTS Japan K.K., a global strategy implementation firm, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold award for Best Approach to Human Capital Management Innovation.
RGF won gold for its Vision Mission Values Program (VMV). VMV aligned all RGF’s recruiting companies to its new strategy, ensuring the organization became ONE unified company with a common purpose. Leveraging a BTS simulation, participants experienced lifelike moments modeled after RGF’s values.
“This award recognizes the vision, hard work, and commitment of RGF’s board, senior management, Unit Heads, Regional Heads and extended RGF family,” said Sarah Yamagata, Director of Learning and Development. “The program helped everyone embrace our VMV and brought together all initiatives this year.”
After six months, participants’ overall business results improved 25% and double reported feeling positive over the previous year. Resultingly, RGF was named one of LinkedIn’s top 25 socially engaged global staffing companies and one of the top three recruiting firms achieving top line revenue.
Patrick Fei, Head of BTS Asia, states, “We are proud to win a Brandon Hall Group award with RGF. This program’s success demonstrates that customized simulations change the way people work.” Kevin Plastow, Managing Director of BTS Japan, states: “It’s exciting to be part of RGF’s transformative journey.”
“For over twenty years, Brandon Hall Group Awards have recognized leading organizations for the latest trends in Human Capital Management,” said Rachel Cooke, BHG COO and leader of the HCM Excellence Awards Program. “The winning initiatives are innovative and fit the needs of the business, creating remarkable success stories.”
