SAN FRANCISCO, CA – 20 September 2017 – SAP and BTS, a world-leading strategy implementation firm, have won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Silver award for excellence in the “Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program” category. The winners, which were announced mid-September, are all listed here.

SAP and BTS Win Silver

The award was given for BTS and SAP’s leadership development work across SAP’s organization. Blending instructor-led and virtual approaches, the end-to-end solution has influenced approximately 7,500 leaders, or 80% of SAP’s leadership audience. The program has deeply impacted employee engagement and trust, improving scores of these metrics significantly and ultimately driving a measured organization-wide financial impact.

“On the people, process, and technology aspects of change, we are seeing many companies increasing their focus and investment on their people, ensuring they have the alignment, mindset, and capabilities to lead and work in new ways. Many CEOs are realizing that it will be their leaders’ ability to change that will make or break their strategy. This award is a great recognition that world-class development experiences can shift mindset, drive culture change and shareholder value,” says Jessica Parisi, President & CEO at BTS USA.

“Excellence Award winners symbolize the power and impact that Human Capital Management practices can have on a business or on any organization,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “Many organizations can have great HCM initiatives, but the standard of excellence only applies for organizations whose HCM practices truly benefit the business. That’s what the Excellence Awards program stands for, and that is what Brandon Hall Group stands for.”

The award entries were evaluated by a panel of independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.
