Peabody, Massachusetts and Singapore – TÜV SÜD, a trusted partner of choice for safety, security and sustainability solutions, and BTS, a global strategy implementation firm, won a coveted Gold for Best Advance in Leadership Development at the 2020 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.
This award recognizes TUV SUD’s leadership development program, Corporate High Achievers Management Program (CHAMPTM), for its execution and successful global roll-out, which propelled high performers to elevate their growth and development. Designed and developed in partnership with BTS, the program’s curriculum was designed to build skills and competencies for TUV SUD’s leaders to lead self, others and the business, with an innovation mindset and business practicum.
“People being the core of everything we do, our HR team is dedicated to driving innovation and ensuring that our employees have pathways for growth within the organization. Not only does our CHAMP program nurture tomorrow’s leaders, it also builds bridges for collaboration across different parts of our vast organization,” said Jobina Gonsalves, Vice President of HR at TÜV SÜD America.
CHAMPTM received support from local, regional, and global senior leaders, bringing participants through a comprehensive journey that recognized TÜV SÜD’s vision for “One TÜV SÜD” of operating as one integrated team. The journey consisted of four modules tied to TÜV SÜD’s business objectives and ran in parallel with a business project where participants paired with a mentor to apply their learnings and craft real business solutions.
“We are glad to be in partnership with TÜV SÜD on CHAMPTM,” shares Manas Mainrai, Managing Director Southeast Asia at BTS. “The recognition illustrates the remarkable results and success that have come from the program,” states Laura Zaccaria, Associate Director at BTS.
Patrick Fei, Executive Vice President and Asia Managing Director at BTS mentions, “We are committed to turning strategy into action, and this recognition would not have been possible without the commitment from TÜV SÜD and the BTS team.”
“Organizations around the world highly value Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards – so much so that we received a record number of applications in the middle of a global pandemic,” said Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group COO, and leader of the HCM Excellence Awards Program. “The awards provide valuable recognition and validation of best practices in all areas of HCM at a time when they have never been more important to both employers and employees.”
