BTS acquired Strategic Management Group, an internationally recognized leadership development company for seminars, business simulations, and business development.
SMG’s
mission, closely akin to BTS’s mission for the prior two decades, was
to improve the business skills of management professionals and to use
executive development as a tool to facilitate and implement strategic
plans. SMG had worked with more than 120,000 managers and top
executives in 200 of the world’s largest industrial corporations and
service organizations.
Leadership programs were developed and
delivered by industry-experienced instructors, alumni from the nation’s
leading business schools, former learning and development managers, and
award-winning instructional and software designers.
