September 25, 2014 – Houston, TX- BTS, a leading strategy implementation firm, will host leaders from Fortune 500 companies at its Talent Challenges in the Energy Industry Event on September 25, 2014. Held at the Westin Hotel Memorial City in Houston, the interactive experience will be facilitated by Fredrik Schuller, Senior Vice President at BTS, and Matt Prostko, Managing Director of BTS Texas. Engaging in a deep dialogue, attendees will explore talent development trends specific to the Energy Industry and the key issues that affect organizational capability and success.

Geopolitical, macroeconomic, business, technology, and demographic shifts are demanding more from talent leadership. For the Energy Industry, these challenges are especially real. Co-leading the event, Fredrik Schuller has developed some of BTS’s largest relationships with leading Fortune 500 clients. Working in the Oil & Gas industry for seven years, Fredrik leads the global relationship with Chevron. For Chevron, he has developed and facilitated all levels of high potential development programs, applied simulation to cascade new strategies, and worked with operating companies to define what is required to execute over the next five-to-seven years. Matt Prostko has developed and delivered strategy alignment engagements for executives at energy companies including Anadarko, Baker Hughes, ConocoPhillips, Flowserve and Valero Energy. Matt has a diverse business background with experience at the VP and Director level in semiconductor, software, IT, and consumer goods for IBM, PepsiCo, Metrowerks, Motorola, and Freescale Semiconductor.

“We are delighted to welcome senior leaders from major global companies to this event,” reflected Matt Prostko, Managing Director of BTS Texas. “The experience will create rich dialogue with senior leaders on how to accelerate execution and overcome the unique talent challenges in the energy industry.
