The engagement is part of the company’s strategic transformation journey as they move from a traditional business model to focus on the future of communications such as the Internet of Things (IOT), digital, cyber security, and data analytics. In this transformation, BTS will provide leadership development across the talent pipeline to ensure all levels of leaders are ready to lead in alignment with the changed business focus.

BTS will develop three learning journeys for senior, mid-level, and front-line leaders. These journeys will be customized learning experiences incorporating sophisticated business simulations and with a focus on leadership behaviors, innovation mindset, and strategic business acumen. The engagement will cover over 1,000 leaders from 2017 through 2019.
