Newell-Rubbermaid Sales Strategy Execution Wins Stevie Award, BTS' Parisi and Gustafsson to Receive "Top Young Trainer" Accolades

SAN FRANCISCO and STAMFORD, Conn. - BTS, the global leader in accelerating strategic alignment and execution, is proud to announce that Jessica Parisi, senior vice president, BTS, and Bjorn Gustafsson, leader, BTS Brussels, have both been named to Training Magazine's "Top Young Trainers" list for 2011, and that BTS client Newell-Rubbermaid has won the global Stevie Award for Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year, based on the Sales Excellence 201 training program, designed with BTS.

The accolades add to a long list of awards for BTS, which has perfected the practice of applying ex-periential learning, including simulations, to solve the challenges of executing business strategy. Since 2004, the strategic alignment and execution consultancy has won over a dozen awards for excellence for its programs and its people, including four Training Magazine "Top Young Trainer" accolades, the top supplier excellence award from Texas Instruments, and awards from Bersin Learning Leaders, Brandon-Hall "Excellence in Learning", Chief Learning Officer's "Learning in Practice Award" for Excellence in Simulations, and ASTD Excellence in Practice.
