STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN and STAMFORD, CT – BTS’s Dan Parisi, will host a panel of executives from The Coca-Cola Company, Kimberly-Clark and Walmart at the Conference Board’s Leadership Development Conference. The event will take place in New York City on May 17th and in San Diego on June 7th.
Executives from these three prestigious Fortune 100 companies will be on stage describing an innovative, collaborative approach to developing leaders. The discussion will focus on how their Learning and Development teams (with CEO sponsorship) are taking a strategic, cross-company approach to developing talent through an industry value chain business simulation. Attendees will learn how this high-impact concept allows companies to develop talent across enterprise boundaries.
“We partnered with The Coca-Cola Company, Kimberly-Clark and Walmart to create a program that would allow executives from separate enterprises—but in the same industry value chain—to learn together and explore the “white space” between their companies in pursuit of improved collaboration, innovation and value creation,” commented Dan Parisi, Executive Vice President at BTS. “We are delighted to have the opportunity share this cross-company collaboration program with our peers.”
