About "Test-driving the Impact of Business Model Change on Talent Strategy"
The recent economic crisis has resulted in some companies undertaking short-term survival actions, and others continuing on strategic paths they had charted earlier. No matter what course was taken, most companies have looked at and challenged their business models. This session will explore what it means to modify or change a business model, placing particular emphasis on understanding the talent implications via a hands-on, interactive, case-based simulation constructed and led by Peter Mulford, one of the world’s leading innovators in using simulations to drive organizational learning.
