The award was given for BTS and SAP’s leadership development work across SAP’s organization. Blending instructor-led and virtual approaches, the end-to-end solution has influenced approximately 7,500 leaders, or 80% of SAP’s leadership audience. The program has deeply impacted employee engagement and trust, improving scores of these metrics significantly and ultimately driving a measured organization-wide financial impact.
