In service of creating lasting change, we leverage our strengths in business acumen and leadership development to provide entrepreneurs, students, and teachers in underserved populations with the skills they need for a lifetime of stability and success.

In 2018, we expanded our focus and outgrew the term “Corporate Social Responsibility.” Our goal is to create a lasting impact, so we rebranded our social responsibility efforts as “BTS Social Impact.”

We are deeply committed to being responsible citizens. It guides what we do as a firm, but we do it because it’s who we are. BTS employees are eager to make a difference and prepared to take the lead

  • In the summer of 2015, BTS launched a pilot of an orange juice shop program in Zambia for a group of 200 participants to improve business literacy and skills.

  • Partnering with Rainforest Trust, BTS is assisting in establishing the Las Tangaras Nature Reserve in Colombia through generous annual donations as part of an ongoing effort to offset greenhouse gas emissions and save threatened tropical rainforest.
