The coaching programs and journeys we design together with our clients are tailored to the business context and delivered through different means. One-to-one coaching is carried out either face-to-face or virtually. In our framework, there are four main domain areas—Be, Inspire, Relate, and Think—where leaders make mindset shifts. These domains are then broken down to 12 leadership shifts and 34 mindsets that we have found to produce the biggest impact on leaders.
