Nicola Jones

Nicola joined BTS in 2024 to enhance and lead the Executive Coaching Centre of Excellence in Europe. She is a trained and ICF-certified executive coach with over 18 years of experience in coaching.

She first spent a decade and a half in media and advertising, where she held senior customer-facing and commercial roles at large, fast-growing firms including Global, Clear Channel, Starcom and Virgin Media O2. From there, Nicola pivoted to consulting where she delivered executive coaching for leaders, as well as leadership development and diversity and inclusion programmes. As a member of the leadership team of two boutique firms, she led client teams focused on implementing strategic talent solutions with many FTSE 100 companies.

Industry expertise: Nicola has coached leaders in financial services, mining, professional services, law, energy, life sciences, retail, publishing, and consumer goods, and over her coaching and consulting career has partnered with clients and leaders in most sectors and across the UK, Europe, North America, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Her focus is on helping organisations to transform by helping their leaders to improve their performance, become the best versions of themselves, so they can generate greater impact and positive business outcomes.

Nicola holds external accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF) to Professional Certified Coach level (PCC) and is certified in Hogan.
