BTS Spark is the nonprofit and social impact practice of BTS, providing leadership development and coaching for leaders across schools, universities, education systems, and purpose-driven organizations around the world. We partner with these institutions to build leadership capability, strengthen culture, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Through coaching, workshops, and practical leadership programs, we support school leaders, including principals, headteachers, and middle leaders, in building the confidence, resilience, and practical skills needed to lead effectively and create environments where students, educators, and communities can thrive.
We don’t believe in ‘one-size-fits all’ leadership development. Our programs are centered around you.

BTS Spark programs are flexible, depending on your goals, your context and your budget. From individual coaching to workshops for 100 school leaders, the BTS Spark team is always happy to help you find the right program for your education setting.
Your mindsets
Mindsets matter. Our research has uncovered 33 leadership mindsets that unlock great leadership practice. BTS Spark draws on our Bitesize Leadership Curriculum to offer practical strategies which help education leaders bring those mindsets into school leadership.
Your coach
As a school leader working with BTS Spark you will be supported by a professional leadership coach who is committed to helping you thrive. Our coaches typically have over ten years’ individual experience of supporting leaders to grow their leadership.
